Returns Policy

Return of Faulty Product
 
Goods which appear to be defective in materials and/or workmanship, and/or unfit for the purpose described in the product labels, may be returned as follows:
 
·              The customer must make a note on the delivery docket of any damages noticed and contact Discoveries In Gardening within 5 working days.
·              The customer will call their sales rep in the area or call the free phone to notify Discoveries In Gardening of any fault or damages. Discoveries In Gardening may request a photograph of the damaged goods and/or a copy of the delivery docket with the notes.
·              Where possible, a sales rep from Discoveries In Gardening will be called upon to view the faulty product and make recommendations as to whether to credit the customer or replace the damaged items.
·              If a return is chosen, then Discoveries In Gardening will send call tags to be placed on the goods being returned and arrange for pick up of the goods.
·              If a replacement is chosen, then a credit for the faulty goods will be faxed or emailed to the customer, and replacement items will be sent on their own.
