	1. About this Store Most of these products are only available within the USA. The Angel Moss products and a limited range of wire baskets are available in New Zealand. All prices are in US Dollars. Our online store can only be viewed after you have created an account. Once you have filled in your account details we will add you to our system. You will then be notified via email that your account is active and ready to use. Please allow 24 hours for full account activation. All Orders are by case quantity only, not by single item Payment can be made via Credit Card or Check. If you want to pay via Direct Credit or an Electronic Transfer means please select the Check payment option when you CHECK OUT and enter any number greater than 0 into the required CHECK# box so you can continue your order. (Credit card details are not stored with your account details nor required to create an account. Accounts only hold details such as contact name, company name, phone, fax, billing address, delivery address and login details)
	2. How To Create An Account   •  Click MY ACCOUNT in the top menu •  Click Create New Account   3. Enter Login Name, Password, Email, Billing/Shipping Info

How To Make an Order i) select a menu from the left to see product and pricing ii ) select Code Number or Image to see larger view and more info iii) selecting this button will add one carton of product to your basket while you continue shopping iv) selecting this button adds one carton product to your basket and takes you directly to the Check Out so you can complete your purchase.
	4. Finished Shopping How Do I Purchase?  i) select Check Out button on the top menu ii) you will see the products you selected plus billing/shipping details. At this point you can change the billing and shipping details if necessary. Please check that all information is correct then click iii)  you will then see a confirmation of shipping/billing and your order. You can now select a payment option that suites you. Payment options are American Express, Master Card, Visa or Check ( If you would like to purchase using Direct Credit or Electronic Transfer please use the CHECK option and enter any number greater than 0 into the required CHECK# box so you can continue your order) Once you have selected a payment choice click iv)  in this case we have selected to pay by CHECK so you will need to type in a CHECK NUMBER in the CHECK# box then click . v) you will now see your invoice which you can print and you will receive an email version as well.
	5. How Do I Know What I've Ordered Select the BASKET CONTENTS button in the top menu at anytime to view the contents of your shopping basket. You can also remove any products you no longer require. To continue shopping use the BACK button on your Browser or click the STOREFRONT button on the top menu.
	6. How To Find Products Quickly   We have incorporated a search engine to find products quickly. You can search using multiple parameters. If you are looking for 14in baskets then enter something like 14 or 14in or 14in basket or basket or basket 14. If you have a hard copy of our catalogue you can use it in conjunction with our search engine to create your order quickly and easily.
